Meatball Recipe

♫On top of spaghetti,
All covered with cheese,
I lost my poor meatball,
When somebody sneezed.

It rolled off the table,
And on to the floor,
And then my poor meatball,
Rolled out of the door.

Meatball Recipe

I don’t know about your family, but we LOVE Meatballs!! There are so many things you can do with them. Buy a big loaf of french or sourdough bread, cut it in half so it’s still connected, toast it with a bit of the warmed sauce and fresh mozzarella and parmesan, cut some warmed meatballs in half and place them on top of the cheese with a little more warmed sauce, dust with parmesan, broil a bit, and squish it together!! YUMMY 🙂
You can make spaghetti and meatballs and even have them as an appetizer!
Here is a recipe that you can make ahead and freeze the Meatballs and use when your ready!
