This Easy Cheeseburger Sliders Recipe is great for big crowds because you can make large quantities at a time. No need to stand in front of the grill because you will be putting them in the oven.
You can make these mini burgers ahead of time, refrigerate and then pop them in the oven just before serving! We made these at one of my kids birthday parties and it was perfect. Delicious and Easy!

Easy Cheeseburger Sliders Recipe
You are going to start with a 9 x 13 pan, your favorite mini buns and your favorite cheese.
Combine ground sirloin, breadcrumbs, onion, and hamburger spices. I like adding McCormick® Grill Mates® Hamburger Seasoning.
Press into the 9 x 13 pan. Poke holes in the meat with a fork.
Bake at 400 degrees uncovered for 25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center. It is normal for the meat to shrink a little.
Remove from oven and then carefully pour out the grease in the pan. Place cheese slices over the top of meat. Place back in oven for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
After the cheese is melted, cut into equal squares. Place each square of meat in the center of dinner roll. Add your favorite toppings and Voila!
I love serving these mini sliders on wooden trays but that’s totally optional. Especially if you are doing it for a kids’ birthday party.
