Makeup is something millions, if not billions of women around the world make a part of their daily routine. The average woman spends about $15,000 in cosmetics in her lifetime. So, what about you? You could be one of the women spending $15,000 on makeup, but why not change that? So when Walgreens launched their paperless coupons section in the store’s mobile app, I was pretty excited.
Walgreens’ new app has tons of coupons for everything, its more organized than paper coupons, and it’s better for the environment than paper coupons.
If you coupon, you know paper coupons can sometimes get a little messy. With Walgreens’ new app, you can have everything organized virtually making saving money much easier. Paper coupons are just another contributor to polluting our beautiful Earth. The app is also very easy to use. So why wouldn’t you use it and the app is free! You can’t beat free. I love the idea of not having to clip coupons. It can become a big time waster!
How Does the Walgreens App Work?
What to do:
- Download the Walgreens Mobile App. You can find this in the app store on your iPhone or Android. It’s completely free!
- Connect your Balance Rewards Card to the app the first time you log in, or sign up for a card from within the app!
- Click on Weekly Ad/Coupons to browse the weekly ad and clip coupons to your balance rewards card
- Scan your Balance Rewards Card at checkout, when your finished the coupons will apply automatically to any items you purchased!
Check out what I got!
I was able to get all these awesome products including Cover Girl, Vidal Sassoon, Aussie and more and save over $6.50 by just “clipping” coupons to my Rewards card! No coupon cutting, just paperless coupons! Easy right?!
What I used my Walgreens Savings for:
Since I love having a night out without having to worry about prepping food and cooking, I used my savings for a night out on the town with my husband! One of our favorite places to eat is P.F. Chang’s! If you have never been, I highly suggest trying the Hot & Sour Soup. It is a very rich, tangy broth that has chicken, tofu, bamboo shoots and a few other things! Delicious!
