My family loves eating Pistachio Salad for Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner! I thought I would share this awesome recipe from a fellow blogger!

Pistachio Salad Recipe

1 (4 oz) package of pistachio instant pudding mix
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
8 oz whipped topping
1 cup of miniature marshmallows
½ cup chopped pecans

Combine pudding mix and pineapple in a bowl; mix well. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows and
pecans. Chill, covered until serving time.
