Right now when you sign up for Panera Breads card program, My Panera, you will get a  FREE panera pastry loaded on to your card. You can print a card to exchange for a real one at your local Panera. {Make sure when you choose preferences, you don’t select any or you might not get the pastry!}

Here is what to do:

Click on join MyPanera

Register and get your FREE Pastry!! {you can print your card and take it with you to get a real Card!}
