    I just put mine in a napkin holder on the counter in my kitchen. If the bill is standing upright, it needs to be paid. If it's laying down, it's already been paid. I file them with the one due the soonest toward the front, then once it's paid, I lay it down at the back of the upright ones...so there are many laying down behind the upright ones in order from most recent to oldest. Works for me! :-)
