Home Microdermabrasion: Do It Yourself
I decided to try Home Microdermabrasion considering the high cost of having it done elsewhere! Have you heard of Microdermabrasion? It uses physical exfoliation to help slough away the top layer of skin to give it a healthy glow and help increase cell turnover. Have you been to a spa or dermatologist’s office for a microdermabrasion treatment? If so, you may have loved how each and every dead skin cell was removed and may have benefited from softer skin, less noticeable fine lines and even a reduction in acne.

BAKING SODA MICRODERMABRASION
2 Tbsp Baking soda
Distilled Water
Start with a clean face. Make a slightly soupy paste with the baking soda and distilled water. Working in small circles, rub your entire face very lightly. Do this for five minutes {you may experience a slight stinging sensation} Do, of course, avoid the eye area. Rinse very well. I applied my moisturizing lotion on my skin afterwards!
Enjoy your new glowing skin!!
Let me know how it works for you!!
