When planning a “dinner and movie” night, I sometimes look for recipes, snacks and movie choices that please my husband and kids. I want to please them and don’t often think about what I want. Healthy Chicken Salad Recipe
Tyson’s Grilled and Ready chicken is already cooked meaning I do not have to take much time preparing lean, plump chicken breasts to perfection.
Ingredients
- Tyson Grilled and Ready chicken breasts {I used the entire package}
- 1 apple, coarsely chopped {I used Red Delicious}
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup grapes, halved
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- *salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste
- *buns, bread or wrap, for serving
Instructions
- Follow the directions on the Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken breast package to heat.
- Chop up your chicken and set aside.
- Chop onion, apples and grapes, set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Season to taste, and serve as a sandwich or wrap or you can eat it by itself!
- Enjoy!
