    I received a letter today denying my refund because it was "received after the refund request deadline". I called Customer Service (it did take a while to get through, but be patient) and told them the dates listed were 9/1/11 to 4/30/12. The woman at customer service said she would forward my request to the home office where they would send me a refund. Let's hope this work.

      I just bought some of the Gillete ones in store and they state offer valid until March 31, 2012 and yet the page for the Sports Illustrated magazine is a no show. I will be trying to contact customer service and see what happens-I would actually like the magazine on this one!
