Wow! Check out this simple and delicious recipe!!! The basic recipe is simple. Feel free to change up the fruits and yogurts to your taste preference! I bought my molds at Wal-Mart for $1! All of this makes an easy 16 popsicles. You will probably have a little left over from each flavor. You can make more with that but I only had 16 molds so my kids devoured the leftover!
Blueberry Layer:
1 6 oz. Container of Light Blueberry Yogurt
1 C. Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 C. Milk (I used Skim)
2 Scoops Vi-Shake Mix
Blend and fill popsicle mold 1/3 way. Freeze 1 hr.
Coconut Layer:
1 6 oz. Container of Light Vanilla or Coconut Cream Yogurt
1/2 C. Shredded Coconut
1/4 C. Milk
2 Scoops Vi-Shake Mix
Blend Yogurt, Milk and Mix. Stir Coconut in by hand. Fill the middle 1/3 of the popsicle Mold. Freeze 1 hr.
Strawberry Layer:
1 6oz. Container of Light Strawberry Yogurt
5 or 6 Fresh strawberries (= to about 1 Cup)
1/4 C. Milk
2 Scoops Vi-Shake Mix
Blend and fill top 1/3 of popsicle Mold. Insert the sticks and freeze until solid! ENJOY!
