I had a Nutella Party on Friday 3/11/2011 . Nutella sent me a great package with lots of goodies to share with ten moms of my choice.
In the package that nutella sent me I received 26.5oz. jar of nutella, gift bags, travel mugs, spreaders, samples packets, recipe ideas, coupons, and a breakfast tips sheet.
We made my husband’s famous nutella crepes. They were excellent!!
During this party,we learned quite a few things:
- Kids who eat breakfast are more likely to meet their nutrient intake recommendations over the course of the day than their breakfast-skipping peers.
- Eating breakfast may positively benefit cognitive function related to memory, academic performance and school attendance.
- Skipping breakfast has been linked to increased snacking during the day or higher intake of high fat snacks.
- Eating Nutella provides a quick and easy way to encourage kids to eat whole grains, such as whole wheat toast, English muffins, toaster waffles and bagels.
- Nutella is a tasty hazelnut spread that contains quality ingredients such as skim milk and a hint of cocoa.
- Nutella contains no artificial colors or preservatives.
- Each 13 oz jar of Nutella contains more than 50 hazelnuts.
- Nutella does not contain any trans fat or hydrogenated oil.
- Compared to other popular butters, Nutella is low in sodium.
Everyone at the party loved the Nutella! There was not one person who disliked it!!!
I’m giving Nutella a 2 thumbs up!
