Best Keto Brownies Recipe

Keto Brownies Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened or semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil
2 medium avocados mashed for 1 cup
3/4 cup stevia powder (you can use stevia, swerve, monk fruit or erythritol)
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
Here is how you are going to make these delicious Keto Brownies:
Keto Brownies Directions:
Turn oven on to 350 degrees.
Microwave 1/2 cup chocolate chips with coconut oils for 45-60 seconds until smooth and mix together. Set this aside.
Place remaining ingredients (excluding the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips) in another mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
Add the melted chocolate and coconut mixture and continue to blend.
Oil a small baking pan with olive oil then add batter. Spread smoothly.
Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes then serve with the remaining chocolate chips (melt in the microwave for 45 seconds) spread on top with a sprinkle of coconut.
Please note: If you want to use a different sweetener, just taste test and adjust it to desired taste.
