I have always wanted to make this Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe but just never got around to it until now! Wow! I definitely wish I would have tried it sooner! All the fantastic flavors from Buffalo Chicken Wings combined with ooey-gooey cheese make this perfect dip.
I don’t know why but I always thought that Buffalo Chicken Dip was a dip that you made to dip Buffalo Chicken wings into. LOL! Even though that’s sounds delicious, this dip was way better than I imagined.
This Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe is just that – easy and only took about 50 minutes from start to finish.
- Start out by pre-heating the oven to 325 degrees F. Then lightly spray a 1-quart casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, wing sauce, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix, and mayonnaise, stirring until smooth. Fold in chicken and cheese. {I used canned chicken that I had drained}
- You will then transfer to the prepared casserole dish. You will bake for about 45 minutes or until heated through and bubbling. Serve warm with assorted dippers. We used pretzel sticks and celery.
Our family devoured it in a very short time! I think this dip would be great for any occasion like superbowl, get togethers, or even St. Patrick’s Day! Scroll down for the printable version of this recipe!
