Do you have lots of Mashed Potatoes leftover from Thanksgiving? That’s one thing that we always have plenty of but mashed potatoes often aren’t as good reheated as they were fresh. Here is what we are going to do…Make crispy, creamy, cheesy Duchess Potatoes.
You are probably wondering what Duchess potatoes are because I did! Duchess Potatoes are basically mashed potatoes mixed with cream, eggs, butter and seasonings and then piped onto a baking sheet and browned in the oven.
This recipe is so simple and looks like you slaved in the kitchen for hours! I love the presentation and think I’ll be making them for Christmas Dinner!
All you have to do is get your Leftover Thanksgiving Mashed Potatoes and add a couple ingredients and then pipe them onto a baking dish like the one that Good Cook provided me with and bake! I love their products and give them a 5 star rating!!
