    I tried this two days ago with the $1 off coupons, no restrictions on coupons. they would not scan, the checker called mgmt. They refused to accept them. Told me trial size did not count, I argued it did not say that on my coupons, and they told me "so, we are not going to accept them, and if we did the tide is less than the coupon and we just cant do that". Wth? Any tips on how to manage that situation different?

      I would have a copy of the walmart policy located here: http://walmartstores.com/7655.aspx If the coupon does not scan, they are not required to take the coupon according to their policy. As for the coupon being more than the tide is priced...it clearly states "If coupon value exceeds the price of the item, the excess may be given to the customer as cash or applied toward the basket purchase." I wonder why the coupons won't scan?? Maybe she was doing something wrong?? Hopefully someone will chime in with their experience!!

        i also had coupons that i had printed for walmart that wouldnt scan they refused to accept them thinking they were copies. turns out the problem was with my printer i got new ink and second time around coupons scaned
