I like to use this protein powder with my smoothies, because it doesn’t change the taste. I don’t like most protein powders because I can taste the fake sugar, and/or they make the consistency to thick and so on.
ALSO, when you use this protein powder, you are essentially replacing a meal. I hate breakfast so I just drink this and use it as a meal replacement.
