Here is what you will need to make this Cheesy Keto Tacos in a Skillet:

1 pound ground beef

1 bell pepper diced

1/4 cup diced onion

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup of salsa of your choice

2 cups of shredded cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish with sour cream, cilantro and avocado.

Cook ground beef until almost cooked through but still slightly pink in places.

Add diced peppers, onions and tomatoes and cook on low for 5 minutes.
