The holidays are here and I am officially in party mode. Tis’ the Season for lots of parties and delicious holiday treats! This Charleston Cheese Dip Recipe is going to blow you away! It’s that good!
Usually around the holiday’s, we have so many events to attend and are asked to bring an appetizer. I have found the perfect dish that is easier than hanging stockings! I usually plan to make some elaborate dish, but the day of I’m searching the internet for something easy and end up buying something already made from the grocery store.
I decided to try this recipe I found called Charleston Cheese Dip. Charleston, South Carolina is the place where my husband and I fell in love, so I knew it had to be good. Not only is this recipe DELICIOUS but super EASY! Hope you like it as much as my family did!
Charleston Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 – 8oz package cream cheese, softened
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Monterey jack cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
Dash of cayenne pepper
8 Ritz crackers, crushed
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, and cayenne pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish.
Top mixture with cracker crumbs and green onions.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
Remove the pan from the oven and top with the bacon.
Serve immediately with chips, bagel chips, crackers or bread.

Ingredients
