Tips for Healthy Hair

  • Homemade Oil Treatment: Don’t buy expensive hair treatments, do an oil treatment on your hair using coconut oil! Works great!! Let it soak for 45 minutes, then wash your hair.
  • Homemade Dry Shampoo: Use baby powder for a cheap dry shampoo!
  • Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse: Mix apple cider vinegar with a little bit of water and then use as a rinse after every shampoo.
  • Homemade Hair Mask: Apply Protein Hair Mask: 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, 1 Egg Yolk and 1 Cup warm water and mix together. Apply to freshly washed hair. Comb through hair and make sure it’s distributed evenly. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse from hair then shampoo & condition. Voila!
  • Do not wash your hair everyday! I try to go every other day and sometimes every two days before washing my hair. If it becomes greasy looking, try using the baby powder as noted above.
  • Hairfinity: Try using a natural vitamin complex to restore nutrients to your hair. Hairfinity is a nutritional supplement formulated with essential nutrients for healthy hair. This hair specific formula contains Vitamins A, C, and D, a B-Vitamin Complex, Biotin, MSM, and more. Hairfinity is clinically proven to increase the hair growth rate by 155% while decreasing shedding. Two capsules are taken per day, and each bottle contains a one-month supply.
