Strawberry Jello Pretzel Dessert
Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1-8oz Cool Whip, regular or lite
- 1 cup sugar (divided 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup)
- 2-3 oz boxes of Strawberry Jello
- 1 lb frozen strawberry slices or pieces
Instructions
- In bottom of 9x13 pan, combine melted butter, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 2 cups of crushed pretzels.
- Mix well and press to the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes at 350*
- Combine cream cheese, cool whip, and 1/2 cup sugar until well blended.
- Pour Cream Cheese mix on top of Pretzel crust when it is done cooking.
- In medium bowl, combine jello with 2 cups of boiling water.
- Add Frozen Strawberries to Jello and let gel.
- Once the Jello mix starts to set, pour over cream cheese layer and refrigerate for 4 hours until firm.
- Remove and Serve.
- **Refrigerate any remaining leftovers.**
