Crockpot Chicken Chili Recipe

Have you seen this Easy Crockpot Chicken Chili Recipe? It’s sooo delicious and did I mention EASY??? This Crockpot Chicken Chili is made with hearty white beans, tender chicken, which makes it very satisfying! It would be a great dish to have during a chilly day...and it just so happens to have the added bonus of being figure friendly!

The only prep that this recipe requires is soaking the beans. It’s very easy and in my opinion healthier than buying canned beans! All you have to do is sort through the beans to find anything that needs tossed. Then put the beans in a large container, pouring 1/4 cup of organic apple cider vinegar and then water over them and go to bed. This process helps get rid of the phytic acid. For more on why you would want to get rid of phytic acid, I’ll send you to this helpful article.
