Yield: 5-6
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla or plain greek yogurt {I used fat free}
  • 1 cup milk {half and half or heavy cream will result in a creamier popsicle, but you can use fat free or almond milk as well}
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • sweetener to taste {I used 1/4 cup honey}

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Thaw for a few minutes before serving so they will be easier to remove from the molds.
