52 Week Money Saving Challenge

52 Week Money Saving Challenge

So who wants to start a 52 week money saving challenge? Do you want to save money?  What you will do is look at the chart below and deposit the amount of money that shows on the chart each week.  Say for week one you will deposit $1, Week two you will deposit $2 and so on.   At the end of the year you should have $1,378.00 in your account if you do not miss any weeks!

I am excited to do this and hopefully keep on track!  I am setting up a separate savings account at my bank and the money will be going into there.  Starting today I will put $1 into the account.  If you have not set up a Christmas Club or Savings Account at your bank or Credit Union you should open one and start putting money into it and you will have money set aside for Christmas this year! I’m thinking of taking a cruise this year for Christmas 😉

  1. love this sounds so easy!
  2. @MichelleCantu I think it will be very easy and doable!!!
  3. I have taken this challenge to save for a vacation. I am a few weeks behind because life happens but I intend on catching up. I saw this money challenge on Dr.Oz's Show and was determined to do it! I also have encouraged two of my friends. It's not really hard but the key is to start the first week of the year and go from there. I must admit it does take discipline! Good luck as you save to all who has taken the challenge!
